For this form focus, we will focusing on the classic, ever so deadly, and monumentally beneficial … barbell squat. Many people who are not experienced with working out their legs and doing weighted squats in general struggle for some time perfecting their squat form. It’s one thing doing squats with your body weight, but it’s another doing it with over 100 pounds resting on your back. This is why focusing on your form from your shoulders down to your knees and feet, is of upmost importance to prevent injury. I am always working on improving my squat form as well as it takes time to truly perfect.
