In this post I will present the statistics and routes/running maps of my last few weekly runs. I track my stats and record my routes on the app called Strava. This is a fantastic fitness app, and if you have a watch that can digitally connect to your phone such as an Apple Watch, you can track your gym workouts, swims, and any sort of movement you do. I do not have a watch like this, so I can only track my runs and if I wanted to go biking as well by holding my phone or keeping it in my pocket.
