For this blog post I’ll be focusing on the form of the standing bent over t-bar pushdown exercise using the cables. I chose this exercise first my first form focus post as many people in the gym tend to struggle with perfecting the form on this one, myself included! I always have to slow down during this fantastic exercise and make sure my form is always correct, as you should with every exercise. In this post I’ll include a short video below that explains and presents how to do the correct form for this exercise. This exercise is done twice a week in my workout schedule so I’d strongly recommend incorporating this exercise into your own back days.
